Are you a technically minded client facing Application Support Engineer professional who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex technical problems and influencing product development? As an Application Support Engineer, you'll become the trusted technical advisor to some of the world's leading energy trading firms and brokers, helping them maximise the value of innovative trading technology. Sitting at the intersection of technology, trading and customer success, you'll work closely with clients as well as Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional technical support, seamless integrations and continuous platform improvements.

You'll own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring client environments remain reliable, high performing and aligned with their business objectives. From investigating complex technical issues and coordinating incident resolution through to delivering onboarding, product training and workflow optimisation, you'll play a pivotal role in customer success.

You'll also partner with the commercial team during pre‑sales engagements, advising on technical feasibility, integration requirements and implementation planning. As the voice of the customer, you'll translate real‑world trading workflows into valuable product insights, helping to shape the future direction of the platform.

Location: You'll join colleagues in the London office with flexibility to work from home once a week.

About you:

  • You have experience in a similar technical, client facing, role such as Application Support, Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager.
  • You have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • You have good commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
  • You have a strong interest in AI and its commercial uses, likely to have your own projects and tools.
