Do you have strong technical skills combined with a consultative approach and strategic, commercial outlook? You could be joining a FinTech start-up within the consulting division of the Madrid office, the company has secure backing and an established Hedge Fund client as a partner.
As an Engineering Lead / Consultant you will bridge the gap between clients and the technology team, building strong relationships, providing advice and developing solutions to improve the client's technology stack and processes, becoming a trusted partner and advisor. You'll remain hands-on with the code and technology to help build and implement the solutions you recommend.
Location / WFH: You'll be based in Madrid on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).
About you:
- You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
- You have strong OO programming skills from any technical background e.g. C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
- You have software design and implementation experience.
- You have advanced communication and client relationship building skills gained within a consultancy environment.
- You have strong business acumen and experience of forming technical strategy.
