Do you have a good knowledge of website conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and web analytics? You could be progressing your career at a growing games / gambling site. As a Digital Marketing Analyst you will report to the Experimentation Lead to assist in discovering the best ways to attract and retain customers and will become the SME in this area for the business.
Responsibilities will encompass designing, developing and overseeing A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring best practices are followed and maximising usage of CRO tools (Optimizely). You will collaborate with product, design, engineering and marketing teams to develop data driven experiment ideas that improve user experience and business performance. You will assess the commercial impact and make suggestions that align with business objectives using analytics and reporting insights.
Location / WFH: There is a hybrid work from home policy with three days a week; when you are in the office you will be collaborating with fellow technologists in a relaxed environment in awesome custom built offices in Sunderland with a range of facilities and perks including free meals at the onsite restaurant as well as membership at the onsite gym.
About you: You have experience of using CRO and A/B testing tools - Optimizely preferred but will consider others. You are tech savvy and have some basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding skills. You have an analytical mindset and commercial acumen. You have experience with Google Web Analytics or similar tools to track and evaluate test performance. You are capable of managing multiple experiments and tests. You are collaborative with great communication skills.
