Your role: As a DevOps Engineer you’ll join the Trade Execution engineering team which is currently undergoing a technology modernisation transformation, transitioning from an on-premise platforms to AWS, aiming to make the applications cloud-native whilst maintaining the latency sensitive nature of the applications. You’ll collaborate with Software Development and InfoSec teams to ensure that all changes made to applications and their CI/CD pipelines are designed to security best practices.
WFH Policy: There’s a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week in the City offices.
About you:
- You have expertise with AWS cloud environment and have also had some exposure to Azure / Azure DevOps
- You have a good knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm, ideally including EKS
- You have scripting skills with C# and / or PowerShell
- You have a good understanding of IaC, Terraform
- You have experience with Octopus Deploy including managing deployment pipelines to automate release processes for applications and services
- You have experience of configuring and maintaining TeamCity, creating and optimising CI/CD pipelines
- You’re collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
