Do you have expertise with Operational Technology / Control Systems engineering? You could be joining a market leading software house that’s remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
As a Technical Architect you will take ownership of building out a new product within the Operational Technology sector, designed to help organisations access and manage a range of critical devices, within high-security and often closed access environments. You’ll have a focus on architecture and design, with a critical role in defining and documenting the product’s technical architecture including system components, integrations and data flows required to deliver class leading performance and security.
As well as collaborating and providing technical guidance to engineering teams you’ll work alongside the product team to assess and construct a delivery plan and evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks and platforms to ensure scalability, performance and maintainability.
Location / WFH: There’s a friendly and supportive team environment, you’ll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the London office once or twice a month.
About You:
- You are an experienced Technical Architect / Product Architect within Operational Technology or Control Systems
- You have advanced architecture and design experience
- You have a software engineering background (any OO language)
- You have a strong understanding of desktop applications and architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs and modern web / mobile technologies
- You’re collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
- You’re likely to be degree educated, Computer Science or similar technical discipline
