We're looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

You'll have the opportunity to open a new desk, developing your own tech specialism or join one of our existing teams.

  • You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
  • You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio
  • You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
  • You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

  • You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors) in a 360 role
  • You have a competitive and determined mindset
  • You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
  • You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
