Are you a tech savvy Product Manager? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a successful and scaling Retail FX Brokerage working on Greenfield systems.
As a Senior Product Manager you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle from defining the roadmap and setting priorities to communicating with stakeholders. You will execute the product strategy and lead the launch of new products, while continuously identifying ways to enhance existing features and functionality. You will stay ahead of the market by conducting research and competitive analysis to uncover new product opportunities that align with business goals.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and partner with engineering and design teams to shape product features and ensure seamless implementation. Improving user experience will be a key focus, using iterative testing, market insights and benchmarking to drive enhancements. You will help design and prototype user experiences for client and partner portals, ensuring they are intuitive and impactful.
You will also define and manage the release process, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches. With a proactive approach to risk management, you will identify blockers early and drive resolutions through clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
Location / WFH: You will join colleagues in the London office Monday to Wednesday with flexibility to work from home Thursday and Friday.
About you:
- You have end-to-end product lifecycle experience through to execution and delivery.
- You have experience within a B2C finance / spread betting / CFD environment.
- You have advanced stakeholder management skills.
- You have a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- You have strong commercial awareness, business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- You are degree educated in a STEM discipline.
