Do you have strong Salesforce development and integration skills? You could be joining a growing IT / Network solutions provider near Cirencester.
As a Lead Software Developer you'll take ownership of optimising Salesforce within the organisation alongside NetSuite and Halo, ensuring that the systems work together and provide maximum value. The initial focus will be on Salesforce development, integration and optimisation. You'll collaborate with various teams, acting as the technical authority across CRM, ERP, ITSM and integration whilst remaining hands-on with design, development and delivery.
Setting the engineering standards, you'll provide technical leadership and liaise with BAs and Product Managers to shape solution design and provide technical advice, risks, options and dependencies. You'll have an impactful role where you'll be able to see the results of your work.
Location: You'll join a friendly and talented team in the office near Cirencester three days a week in a hybrid model, free parking available.
About you:
- You have strong CRM / ERP development and integration experience
- You have a deep knowledge of Salesforce (including APEX, LWW, SOQL, SOSL)
- You also have a good knowledge of NetSuite and Halo
- You have experience of developing APIs and middleware for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite and Halo
- You have experience of building automated workflows and data migrations
- You have experience across the full software development lifecycle
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills, happy to take a lead role
