Client Server is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to establish a group-wide service delivery function within a growing tech/PE environment. You will set standards, governance and client experience across acquisitions, driving CSAT initiatives and resolving major escalations.

You’ll assess current delivery, roll out KPIs, and align with technical and operations teams to improve customer outcomes and retention across the UK.
