Are you tech savvy, with a strong interest and desire to progress your career working with the latest AI innovations? You could be progressing your career in a hands-on AI Enablement Lead role at a tech driven, global Asset Manager with multiple billions of dollars under management.
As an AI Enablement Lead you will collaborate with users to understand the problems of the investment and business teams you are embedded in and build practical AI tools and automations with end users to help with efficiency, ensuring that training is delivered on AI toolsets to enable self-sufficiency. You'll work with other AI enablement leads and software teams to share learnings, best practices, align priorities and avoid duplication, staying at the forefront of a rapidly evolving AI landscape. This AI Enablement Lead is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption within a global business.
Location / WFH: There's a hybrid work from home policy with three days in the London office per week where you'll join a supportive, diverse team environment with a large range of facilities.
About you:
- You have a strong technical background and a good understanding of how software, data and systems work.
- You have fluency with modern AI toolsets including prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic workflows and the broader emerging AI stack.
- You have used tools such as OpenAI, Claude, AWS Bedrock etc.
- You have experience within an Investment Management / Finance environment.
- You're able to understand business and investment strategies, learn their workflows and quickly identify opportunities for optimisation.
- You have good judgement on when a local, on-desk solution is appropriate versus when a requirement should be handed to the aligned development teams.
- You have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, comfortable talking to both business and technical users.
- You're degree educated in a STEM discipline.
