Are you a tech savvy Project Manager with a first class education looking to progress your career? You could be joining a hugely talented team at a rapidly expanding scale-up software house that is developing a highly complex network cyber security platform; the platform monitors network protocols in real-time, parses the commands and data structures to extract key metadata which is then analysed by in-house algorithms and allows customers to detect hackers, malware, data leakage and other malicious activity.

As a Technical Project Manager you will own the end-to-end implementation of large customer engagements, from contract signature through to transition into steady state operations. You will drive structured delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies and risks, adapting quickly as priorities evolve.

A key focus of the role is establishing a consistent delivery framework within new customer environments, coordinating audits, infrastructure standardisation, security engineering and onboarding to ensure rapid progression to a high-performing IT and security posture.

Acting as the senior point of contact throughout delivery, you will manage stakeholder expectations, lead steering meetings, handle escalations, and maintain alignment against 30/60/90-day roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, security operations, service delivery and product to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for senior stakeholders, while proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks. You will also work closely with senior leadership, contributing insights to continuously improve delivery models and scale operations effectively.

There's a dynamic, collaborative environment with continual learning, self development and career growth opportunities.

Location / WFH: You’ll be mainly office based or on client site (3-4 days a week), with some flexibility to work from home.

About you:

  • You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science or closely related discipline from a top tier university
  • You have strong technical Project Management experience within a Cybersecurity, IT or other software product environment
  • You are formally trained in Project Management, e.g. Prince 2, Agile methodologies
  • You have a strong technical understanding of the full software development lifecycle, able to face off with development teams
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable liaising with clients and business stakeholders
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and changing client requirements
  • You have advanced analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • You have a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts

What's in it for you:

  • Salary to £100k
  • Continuous training and career development including paid for certifications
  • Excellent career progression as the company scales
