Are you a bright, ambitious IT Support Analyst looking for an opportunity to progress your career? You could be joining a highly profitable, systematic Hedge Fund that invests in sports betting markets whilst enjoying a range of perks and benefits.

As an IT Support Analyst you will provide first-line support to users, ensuring all incidents and requests are logged, tracked and resolved efficiently via phone, email, chat or self-service channels. You will deliver a responsive, customer-focused service, resolving issues directly where possible and collaborating with wider technology teams when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting starters, leavers and movers
  • Assisting with onboarding and inductions
  • Performing regular scheduled tasks
  • Managing office desk setups and moves
  • Maintaining asset stock levels
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure availability

Location / WFH: You'll be based in fantastic offices in a vibrant area of London with in-house gym and steam room, games room with pool tables and dart boards, library and free high quality catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from the onsite chef with flexibility to work from home once a week (please note that during probation you will be required onsite five days a week).

About you:

  • You have experience of administering a range of Microsoft technologies (O365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune)
  • You have a CompTIA A+ qualification or are working towards it
  • You have an understanding of using ITIL Foundation in a working environment
  • You have experience of using an IT call-logging system for service requests and incident management; ServiceNow skills an advantage
  • You're collaborative with great communication skills
