Are you a talented IT Service Desk Analyst looking for an opportunity to progress your career? You could be joining a market leading chemical distributor that supplies various companies including pharmaceutical and beauty product manufacturers.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work alongside a team of 3 to provide exceptional 2nd line support to internal users. You will be required to provide both onsite and remote support and maintenance of all systems, devices, and applications that are used internally by the company which is currently around 250 employees in the UK. You'll support employee queries using the ticketing system on applications including Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) whilst also installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems, as well as iPhones and applications using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager. You will also be able to contribute to and run digital transformation projects.
Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in the Sutton office 3-4 days a week, with some flexibility to work from home. There is on-site parking available and the train station is only a short walk away.
About you:
- You have experience in a similar Service Desk / IT Support position
- You have experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Intune
- You have a logical mindset, good organisation and prioritisation skills
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with a consultative approach
- You are keen to learn and progress your career
- It would be great to also have some experience with Salesforce or ERP
