As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will work at the intersection of technology, data, strategy and investment, playing a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to unlock growth, improve operational performance and accelerate digital transformation across a diverse range of businesses. You’ll collaborate directly with investors, executive leadership teams and portfolio companies, leading data diligence on prospective investments and shaping the technology and data strategies that underpin post-acquisition value creation.
You will assess organisational data maturity, identify opportunities for improvement and define practical roadmaps that transform data into a strategic asset for growth, efficiency and competitive advantage. Beyond strategy, you will help drive execution, partnering with leadership teams and technology stakeholders to deliver high impact data initiatives, modernise data capabilities and embed data driven decision making across organisations.
Location / WFH: There’s a hybrid work from home policy with three days a week in the London office.
About you:
- You’re a commercially minded technology professional with experience in data transformation, consulting, analytics or digital strategy, who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing change at executive level.
- You have a strong grounding in Computer Science and experience with a range of modern programming languages e.g. TypeScript, Python and are quick to learn and pick up technologies to use the right tool for the job.
- You have experience with cloud based environments e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, including designing scalable, secure data infrastructures.
- You’re comfortable with AI and Agentic programming, using it in your daily activities.
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business impact.
- You’re collaborative and pragmatic with polished stakeholder and client facing communication skills.
