It's one of our top performing and fastest growing teams within the business who solely focus on hiring exceptional technologists for our clients based in Europe.

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll deliver high‑calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across Europe.
  • You’ll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development).
  • You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams).
  • You’ll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service.

There’s clear career progression - the speed and level of progression is down to you; one of our directors started as a trainee consultant in the role being advertised here and within four years progressed to Director level; you’ll be supported with training and mentoring to reach your full potential.
