Do you have a good understanding of payroll software? You could be progressing your career as a Technical Consultant at a global payroll technology company that provides a range of highly customisable solutions to a range of clients.

As a Technical Consultant you'll gain a full understanding of the company's product suite and provide training to new and existing customers in their configuration and use, utilising structured training plans to conduct in-person training on customer sites. You'll gain a strong understanding of customers' bespoke requirements and systems, flag any issues to the Help Desk Coordinator and regularly review system requirements and potential improvements.

Location / WFH

You can work from home remotely; however, you will be expected to travel to client sites fairly regularly, with trips usually lasting 1-2 days and all expenses paid. Please note you do need to have your own car and a valid driving licence.

About you

  • You have software implementation experience.
  • You have an understanding of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle and are familiar with HR and HCM software systems.
  • You have excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have confident and clear presentation skills, can engage users and deliver training.
  • You have your own car and are happy to travel to client sites across the UK as and when required (approximately three times per month, all expenses paid).
  • You are able to manage your own diary and are proactive.
  • You have a clean, valid driving license and have your own car.
