What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter?
You’ll build relationships with clients and technology professionals, matching talented people with exciting career opportunities. From sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process through to negotiating offers and securing placements, you’ll take ownership of your desk with support from experienced colleagues and our dedicated marketing and advertising teams.
You’ll also develop existing client relationships and win new business, growing your portfolio and earning potential as you progress.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in technology or another specialist sector
- A consultative, relationship led approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a quality service
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work towards targets
- Commercial ambition, resilience and the motivation to achieve your goals
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working ethically with clients and candidates
