Data Practice Lead (Microsoft Fabric) London / WFH to £120k

Are you an entrepreneurial Data leader who wants to remain close to clients, technology and delivery?

You could be progressing your career as a Data Practice Lead at one of Europe's leading independent, technology services and business consulting organisations at a pivotal point of growth and investment. You'll become part of a collaborative community of experienced consultants, with the opportunity to shape a strategic Microsoft Data capability, develop market leading propositions and build a high performing team.

As Data Practice Lead, you'll take ownership of major client engagements, leading programmes from discovery and strategy through architecture, delivery and value realisation. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you'll translate business challenges into pragmatic data, analytics and AI solutions, providing technical direction and ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance and measurable outcomes.

Alongside delivery leadership, you'll play a key role in growing the practice. Working with sector and account leaders, you'll identify opportunities, lead client workshops and presales activity, shape proposals and develop compelling propositions around Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, modern data platforms and AI. You'll also build relationships across the Microsoft partner ecosystem to support joint go-to-market initiatives.

You'll define the practice strategy, recruit and develop talented consultants, establish reusable architectures and accelerators and create the delivery standards needed to scale. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you can influence the direction of the business, build a strong market presence and turn your ideas into tangible growth.
