C# Developer / Backend Software Engineer London / WFH to £100k
Are you a technologist C# Developer seeking an opportunity to work on complex and interesting systems with continual learning and development opportunities?
You could be progressing your career in a hands-on C# Developer role at a tech driven, global Asset Manager with multiple billions of dollars under management.
As a C# Developer you will join a small team to design and develop new features and enhancements to the client portal and KYC systems. You'll take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, designing, building and maintaining applications that support critical business processes, from initial development through to production.
You'll also have opportunities to explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches, including how AI can transform workflows and improve software development. Collaborating directly with business users and stakeholders, you'll turn real-world challenges into effective, elegant solutions while contributing to design discussions, code reviews and technical presentations across a global engineering team.
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home policy with 1-2 days in the London office per week where you'll join a supportive, diverse team environment with a large range of facilities.
About you:
- You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science or closely related disciplines from a top tier university, e.g. Russel Group
- You have strong backend C# development skills
- You're collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have a deep knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including OOP, Data Structures, Design Pattens
- You're comfortable with AI, they use Claude
- Experience with any of the following would be great but not essential: React, SQL Server, Snowflake, Kubernetes, AWS, RESTful APIs
