The Facilities Manager will be tasked with delivering an asset strategy that protects and preserves the development’s fabric, systems, plant, and equipment and aim to deliver innovations to enhance the performance of asset.
In tandem, they will develop a management plan to ensure site standards are always maintained to a consistently high level and in accordance with good estate management practice.
