Hillcrest – a top-rated skilled nursing facility in the Triangle, is looking for a Human Resources Payroll Specialist with strong administrative, organizational and time management skills. Job Duties Include:
- Serve as an on-site HR representative at the facility
- Manage all functions required for payroll in both Raleigh and Durham locations
- Maintain excellent attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as related to human resources
- Assist in coordination of staff appreciation events
- Perform other duties as directed by Director of Human Resources
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work full time Monday - Friday
- Must have ability to travel between Raleigh and Durham
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and similar computer and internet based programs
- Prior payroll experience required
