We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own, optimise, and scale paid social activity across key platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging channels. The bulk of the work will be with Meta. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, shaping strategy, and translating data into clear insights that inform wider marketing decisions. This role suits someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and confident leading accounts or channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies aligned to business and campaign objectives
- Lead channel planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across multiple platforms
- Identify growth opportunities through testing, audience development, and creative experimentation
- Build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROAS, CPA, and other performance metrics
- Oversee campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Own reporting dashboards and present results clearly to stakeholders or clients
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Use learnings to continuously improve campaign performance and strategy
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to brief and optimise ad creative
- Provide guidance on messaging, formats, and testing frameworks
- Champion creative best practice and platform-specific innovation
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns at scale (agency or in-house)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering performance against commercial KPIs
- Advanced understanding of targeting, bidding, attribution, and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and insights
- Experience managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with GA4, platform pixels, and conversion tracking
- Experience in B2B, lead generation, or eCommerce environments
- Exposure to creative testing frameworks and CRO principles
- Experience of using Funnel
