At ClickUp, we’re building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context‑driven AI. We are an AI‑native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what’s possible.

ClickUp is the AI‑native productivity platform replacing point solutions for 2M+ teams globally. In EMEA, we have a massive and growing PLG install base—thousands of accounts already using the product—that a sales‑led motion has barely touched. This leader will turn that into a revenue engine. The market timing is now: the shift to AI and converged platforms is accelerating enterprise buying decisions, and ClickUp is built for exactly that moment.

You are the single point of accountability for EMEA direct sales revenue across Enterprise and Commercial. You report to the GVP and GM and sit on the global enterprise leadership team alongside peers who run North America, Partnerships, and other regions. You’ll operate within our global corporate strategy, not building something disconnected from how we go to market globally, but with full autonomy to adapt, challenge what isn’t working, and build what the region actually needs.

You’ll own the regional go‑to‑market strategy, shape the team around where we’re going, not where we’ve been, and step into strategic deals personally from week one. This is a build, not a maintain, and you’ll sell a product you actually use to run your own org. That’s rare, and it matters.

Expect to be in‑office and travelling 40‑50% across EMEA markets, Middle East included. You’ll need to operate fluently across cultures and geographies.

  • Run the Number: Capitalise on ClickUp’s PLG flywheel to convert product‑led adoption into sales‑led revenue at scale.
  • Deploy land‑and‑expand across accounts: platform, solution, expansion, transactional, and renewal motions running concurrently.
  • Design account maturity models that ensure the best accounts are always with the best people.
  • Be directly involved in strategic deals at the executive level and stay in the deals that shape the region’s trajectory.

Set the Culture: Serve as the most senior ClickUp leader in EMEA: the face of the company for customers, partners, and the internal team. Build a team culture rooted in ownership, execution speed, and direct communication, one that people want to join and fight to stay on.

Qualifications: Scaled a B2B SaaS region or business unit from early/mid‑stage through inflection, building the system while delivering the number. Operated multi‑motion models simultaneously within the same org. Built full‑cycle seller organizations of 50+ across multiple segments and countries with codified playbooks, structured deal inspection, and coaching systems that outlast any individual manager. Direct experience in PLG‑to‑enterprise environments where sales‑led and product‑led motions coexist. Built AI into sales operating rhythms (prospecting, deal inspection, forecasting, coaching) with measurable impact on speed or outcomes. Executive deal credibility: personally led complex enterprise deals at the C‑suite level while simultaneously building org infrastructure.

You Are: A detail‑obsessed operator who moves at startup speed. You catch the thing everyone else misses, and you fix it before it compounds. A cultural leader who sets the tone through action, not words. You build teams that hold themselves accountable, push each other forward, and have fun doing it. Comfortable in ambiguity. Growth breaks things. You don’t wait for clarity, you create it, then iterate. Deeply self‑aware. You understand the impact you have on people and you use that awareness deliberately. Direct, with optimism. You tell people the truth, challenge the status‑quo, and still your team respects you more for it. An owner. You don’t delegate accountability. The number, the team, the culture, the details: they’re all yours.
