ClickUp is seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Regional Director to lead and scale our high-performing sales team across the United Kingdom and EMEA. As a Senior Manager (L07), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing top-tier talent, and shaping the future of work for thousands of customers. The Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market segment in the UK and EMEA
- Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of revenue targets
- Foster a high-performance, fun, and inclusive team culture where reps are motivated to exceed their potential
- Implement and refine scalable sales processes, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to align resources and strategies for winning key accounts
- Prioritise customer value and experience over aggressive sales tactics, leading by example and upholding ClickUp’s values
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in Mid-Market or Commercial segments
- Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams in EMEA
- Strong understanding of selling into UK/EM
