We created the first truly converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. Our team owns the entire mobile experience for ClickUp, responsible for bringing all of ClickUp's core experience natively on mobile and tablet devices. We are looking for passionate mobile engineers that have a keen sense of product experience to help us grow and maintain our ClickUp mobile experience.
The ideal candidate is excited about solving complex technical challenges at scale while delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions while pushing the limits of Flutter. Our key technologies include Flutter, Riverpod, and native mobile development (iOS & Android).
Role
- Build features and systems with attention to detail and performance.
- Own end-to-end development, from conception to production.
- Engineer not only solutions but also tools to understand the problem.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product.
- Identify and implement improvements to our existing systems.
- Help establish a fun, fulfilling, world-class engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent major.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional mobile software development experience with Flutter.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
- Willingness to work with and use Flutter.
- Experience working across teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
- Substantial experience (4+ years) in mobile development, on Android & iOS platforms.
- Multiple years of experience in roles requiring collaboration design, QA and product.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Thrive in remote work environments, demonstrating a proactive attitude and the ability to self-manage.
- Known for being kind, empathetic, and a supportive presence in your team.
- Bring enthusiasm and the hustle to shipping high-quality code.
- Timezone: Ideally EST or PST. If you're in the EU/UK, please ensure about 4 hours of overlap with American time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with Riverpod.
- Experience in early-stage product development, ideally having worked in both a startup.
- Android development experience.
- Experience building and iterating on a product.
- You're a ClickUp user.
