Do you have a passion for social media and a desire to create best in class campaigns for clients? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you! Join our Paid Social team where you will be given the chance to unleash your creativity and work on client accounts that will help you get some great exposure to exciting industries! From eCommerce to Finance and Education, you will work with a diverse range of accounts and products.
You can be based from our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield, or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month, ideally within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that comes to Lichfield City/Trent Valley.
What will you be doing?
- Your day to day will consist of managing partnerships with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients through phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
- Presenting reports to summarise the success of their campaigns and making suggestions for improvement.
- Allocating budgets and adjusting if clients’ financial plans change.
- Working with our client services team to develop accounts and test new platforms to deliver exceptional service.
What you need to have:
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Client Strategy, Campaign Optimisation, Reporting, Budget Management.
- Strong client skills - strategy, negotiation, technical.
- Analytical mind - a data-first approach.
- Ability to manage your time and work to deadlines.
