?? The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and nurture paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and (ideally) Microsoft/TikTok—connecting creativity, data, and insight to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You\’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, build trusted relationships, and develop media strategies that drive sustained growth. As a valued member of our established paid media team, you\’ll contribute to a culture of collaboration, support, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
?? Strategy & Ownership
- Build cross‑channel paid strategies aligned to profit, CAC/LTV, ROAS, and pipeline goals.
- Lead quarterly/annual planning, pacing, and performance governance.
?? Execution & Optimisation
- Architect and manage advanced campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta; Microsoft Ads and TikTok preferred.
- Drive incremental growth via audience design, feed optimisation, creative testing, and automation (rules/scripts).
- Implement robust measurement: GA4, Consent Mode v2, enhanced conversions, offline/CRM, server‑side tagging where appropriate.
- Run experiments (geo‑holdouts, incrementality, creative/messaging tests) and roll findings into playbooks.
?? Analytics & Reporting
- Build decision‑ready reporting and diagnose performance using first‑party data and cohort/LTV analysis.
?? Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with SEO, CRO/UX, and Creative to improve journey and conversion.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and pitching.
?? Strategic Leadership Focus
- Performance & Growth: Deliver measurable ROI by pacing budgets cleanly, scaling winners, and protecting efficiency with clear testing and governance.
- Capability & Quality: Raise standards for structure, naming, UTM hygiene, and QA; codify learnings into repeatable playbooks and training.
