Primary role objectives and responsibilities:

  • It’s a fast-paced and strategic role, ideal for a seasoned SEO professional who enjoys variety and direct client engagement.
  • You’ll lead organic search campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, managing everything from strategic planning (on-page, off-page and technical SEO) and performance analysis to reporting and client communications.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and executing end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with client KPIs and broader business goals.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses across technical, on-page and off-page SEO to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with channel specialists in Content, Outreach, Paid Search, Social Media, and CRO/UX to deliver integrated performance.
  • Creating and presenting clear, actionable insights and recommendations backed by data.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into client-friendly language.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

What are we looking for?

  • SEO Expertise: you have 3+ years of experience in SEO (preferably agency-side) with a strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Strategic Superstar: you understand SEO’s role within a broader digital marketing context and know how to build campaigns that connect content, CRO / UX, paid search and commercial goals.
  • Technically Proficient: you’re comfortable with tools like Semrush, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs, and have hands-on experience with site audits, traffic analyses, and structured data.
  • Confident Communicator: you can hold your own in client meetings, clearly communicate complex concepts, and build rapport quickly - whether on calls, in person, or via email.
  • Analytical & Detailed Oriented: you love digging into data, spotting patterns, and using insights to solve problems and inform smarter strategies.
