About ClickTech
ClickTech is building the world’s most trusted growth ecosystem - combining education, AI, tools, creators and community to help people succeed in business. Through our flagship platform, ClickTech HUB, its AI-powered core Omni AI and our award-winning AdTech suite Adzooma, we make digital marketing, automation and entrepreneurial learning accessible to everyone — from freelancers and small business owners to agencies, startups, and creators. We support over 50,000 businesses in 135+ countries and we’re just getting started.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to own the educational content and course strategy at the heart of ClickTech HUB, while also leading the broader content programme that powers our growth. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership player‑coach role. Your primary focus will be defining what we teach, how we teach it and how we build a course library that keeps learners engaged and on platform. Alongside this, you'll shape the full content mix, from product storytelling and acquisition funnels to creator marketing and retention loops, and manage one direct report: a Course Content Writer. You'll work closely with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Community and our Creator Marketplace to deliver a high‑impact content engine that powers scale. A working knowledge of SEO and brand voice will be valuable, but educational content is where you'll spend most of your time and make the biggest impact. If you get stuck in, care about quality and want to build something with real commercial impact, this is for you.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Educational Content and Course Strategy
- Define the course content strategy for ClickTech HUB, including topic prioritisation, format decisions, curriculum sequencing and quality standards.
- Identify content gaps and learner needs, maintaining a prioritised course roadmap aligned to platform and commercial objectives.
- Work with external creators, subject matter experts and your direct report to build a course library that drives learner engagement and platform retention.
- Set the bar for educational quality across all course formats, from short‑form lessons to structured programmes.
- Content Strategy and Full Funnel Planning
- Define and maintain the overarching content strategy, mapping content types and channels to each stage of the funnel.
- Set quarterly content priorities aligned to commercial targets, working closely with the Marketing Director and Growth team.
- Own the content pillar framework that guides all production decisions across teams, formats and channels.
- Apply SEO best practices to inform content prioritisation, keyword targeting and on‑page optimisation across the content mix.
- Content Production and Distribution
- Lead multi‑format content production across blog, video, social, email, landing pages and in‑app content.
- Write, brief and quality‑check output yourself where needed.
- Manage the content calendar, freelancer relationships and production budgets.
- Repurpose and distribute content efficiently across channels to maximise output without sacrificing quality.
- Creator and UGC Integration
- Leverage creators in our Marketplace to produce courses, tools and promotional content.
- Curate and package creator‑led content into campaigns and brand education.
- Build a robust customer review and social proof programme, working with Customer Success and Product to capture and amplify testimonials, case studies and reviews across all marketing channels.
- Performance and Reporting
- Define and track core content KPIs including organic traffic, lead contribution, course completion rates and content‑attributed conversion.
- Use GA4, SEO tools and CMS data to make clear investment decisions.
- Report directly to the CMO with actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
- Team and Freelancer Leadership
- Line manage, setting clear briefs, reviewing output, running regular 1:1s and supporting their development.
- Build and manage a reliable network of freelance writers, videographers and editors to scale production without scaling headcount prematurely.
- Establish editorial workflows, style guidelines and production standards the whole team can operate to.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Paid Media, Customer Growth, Product and UX to align content with user journeys and product experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Education teams to integrate content into onboarding, challenges and in‑product experiences.
- Contribute to thought leadership activity that positions ClickTech as a leading voice in AI, entrepreneurship and growth.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in educational content, course creation or curriculum design, ideally within an EdTech, online learning or subscription platform.
- 4-5+ years’ experience in Content Strategy, Course Creation, or editorial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build a full‑funnel content strategy from scratch, not just inherit and execute one.
- Proven track record of using content to drive acquisition, engagement and retention in SaaS, EdTech, or subscription businesses.
- Strong creative and editorial judgement, with ability to lead multi‑format content production (copy, video, social, educational).
- Deep understanding of full‑funnel content strategy and its impact on growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, engagement).
- Hands‑on experience with Tracking tools Heap/Mouseflow, SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g. GA4), and content ops workflows.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, with the ability to apply them to content decisions without owning the technical programme.
- Experience managing and scaling content teams and external creators.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging User‑Generated Content (UGC) and external review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot,) as a core part of the acquisition and conversion strategy.
- Highly collaborative, data‑informed, proactive and quality‑obsessed.
- Bonus: Experience working with creator economy, online education, or AI‑driven platforms.
We realise that certain groups of people are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the job requirements. To be absolutely clear: if you like the look of this job and think you could do it well please apply.
