About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale ClickTech’s global paid acquisition engine. This is a senior, high-impact role with full responsibility for performance strategy, budget ownership, execution quality, and growth outcomes across all paid channels. You’ll lead our paid media roadmap end-to-end — from media mix and CAC targets, through to creative testing, funnel optimisation, attribution, reporting, and scale‑up. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with our Co‑Founders, playing a critical role in delivering subscriber growth, CAC efficiency, and payback targets as we scale. You’ll also regularly present performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team, including the Co-Founder & CEO. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be setting strategy, but you’ll also stay close to the platforms, data, and experiments that drive results. Initially you’ll work with external agency partners, with a clear remit to build and lead an internal performance team as the business scales. You’ll be joining a well‑funded, fast‑growing company with ambitious targets, global reach, and the opportunity to grow as fast as the business does.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Performance Strategy & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and paid media budget across all core acquisition channels.
- Set, track, and optimise against clear KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback period, and blended performance.
- Act as the senior performance partner to Marketing, Product, CRO, Lifecycle, and Data teams to align messaging, funnels, and growth priorities.
- Lead and challenge external agency partners to continuously improve efficiency, scale, and testing velocity.
- Design and execute the roadmap to build an in‑house performance team, including hiring, structure, and capability development.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with creative and content teams to drive a high‑performing, insight‑led creative pipeline.
- Champion the use of AI and automation to enhance targeting, bidding, creative workflows, and decision‑making.
- Maintain a strong commercial mindset, balancing speed, experimentation, and efficiency as we scale globally.
- Oversee (and remain hands‑on with) the planning, launch, scaling, and optimisation of paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Search & YouTube
- Microsoft Ads
- TikTok
- Display and retargeting
- Own performance reporting in partnership with Marketing Ops and Analytics.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering growth and efficiency metrics.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across the full funnel.
- Leverage tools such as GA4, GTM, SA360, CM360, and internal analytics pipelines.
- Use AI‑powered tools for predictive modelling, insight generation, and creative optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally within high‑growth SaaS, subscription, or digital products (B2C and/or B2B).
- Proven success owning and scaling high 6–7 figure paid media budgets with clear commercial outcomes.
- Deep, hands‑on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and at least one emerging channel (e.g. TikTok or LinkedIn).
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, blended CPA, payback, and full‑funnel attribution.
- Experience scaling into new markets (Europe, Americas, or ROW).
- Strong technical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Segment, UTMs, and performance data pipelines.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high‑performing performance marketing teams.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable — someone who brings momentum, not excuses.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑growth environments where systems are evolving and ownership is expected.
- Genuinely passionate about performance marketing, experimentation, and scale.
- Bonus: Experience with AI‑driven media tools, creative testing frameworks, or direct‑response funnel optimisation.
We know that great candidates don’t tick every box. If this role excites you and you think you could do it well, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Get
- A high‑impact leadership role with real ownership and visibility.
- The opportunity to scale a global EdTech & AI platform with strong product‑market fit.
- Competitive salary plus performance‑based bonus tied to growth outcomes.
- A collaborative, ambitious environment where your ideas and execution directly shape the business.
- Remote‑first working with flexibility.
- Focus Fridays
Perks & Benefits
- ÂŁ150 home office setup allowance
- Remote first but with optional hybrid or Nottingham office working if you prefer
- Flexible hours (start as late as 11am, finish as early as 4pm)
- Focus Fridays: if you’ve achieved your weekly goals in 4 days, take the 5th off.
- 25 days holiday (pro‑rata for 4‑day week)

- Family‑friendly, inclusion‑conscious policies
