What does the role involve?

  • Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts for eCommerce brands, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop, implement, and refine Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns to maximize ROAS, AOV, and conversions.
  • Conduct product feed optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Continuously monitor key eCommerce metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR, MER, LTV) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and data-driven bid strategies.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align PPC strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, ensuring our clients remain competitive.

What qualities will you need to be successful?

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, specifically with eCommerce brands.
  • Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
  • Proven ability to scale ad accounts profitably with data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Feed Management, and GTIN compliance.
