Job Description

  • Lead paid social campaigns across Meta, X, Reddit and Telegram for restricted verticals (crypto, casino, pharma, alcohol, dating)
  • Manage a team focused on rapid scaling while navigating platform policies to deliver measurable ROAS
  • Revamp tracking systems and creative frameworks to minimise ad rejections in sensitive niches

Core Tasks

  • Lead and mentor a team of paid social
  • Build tracking dashboards that clearly show performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Overhaul Meta/Facebook campaign structures to reduce approval delays
  • Implement workarounds to get ads approved in restricted categories
  • Allocate budgets between platforms to maximise returns and scale winners
  • Work with designers to create compliant yet effective ad creative
  • Stay ahead of platform policy changes to prevent campaign disruptions
  • Test emerging channels for new traffic sources

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years running paid social campaigns in restricted niches
  • Proven results scaling campaigns despite platform limitations (portfolio required)
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup and CAPI implementation
  • Experience managing small teams with a focus on results
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (Analytics, TripleWhale, Voluum)
  • Ability to design ads that pass moderation while driving conversions
  • Comfort working in unpredictable environments (sudden policy shifts, account bans)

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Experience with affiliate or CPA networks in crypto/iGaming verticals
  • Working knowledge of anti-detect browsers like AdsPower for account management
