Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Dutch-speaking SEO Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our presence across key verticals with a clear commercial focus on driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and delivering measurable business results. You will lead a high-performing SEO team, develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies, and ensure we achieve and maintain top positions in search engine results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the SEO strategy across crypto casino, sportsbook, and poker verticals to drive qualified, high-converting organic traffic.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional content team, including writers, editors, and freelancers, ensuring the delivery of SEO-optimized, revenue-driving content.
  • Plan and oversee content production, including landing pages, guides, reviews, and other key assets, aligned with high-value keywords and commercial goals.
  • Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring strategic prioritization and timely delivery of updates and new content.
  • Collaborate closely with link-building, product, design, and technical teams to support SEO campaigns, enhance site performance, and implement technical improvements.
  • Monitor and report on content and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush, focusing on key KPIs such as traffic, rankings, and FTDs (first-time depositors).
  • Ensure technical SEO best practices are applied across all content (indexing, internal linking, schema, site structure).
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maintain or grow rankings.
  • Optimise workflows, establish content guidelines, and promote a performance-driven content culture.

Qualifications

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
  • Proven experience managing SEO in iGaming, crypto casino, sportsbook, poker, or similarly competitive verticals.
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building.
  • Hands-on experience driving organic traffic and conversions with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and project management abilities.
