We believe that when people send money home, they aren't just sending "cash"—they are sending a service, a school fee, a medical treatment, or a utility payment. Our platform moves beyond traditional cash transfers by allowing users to pay for specific services directly via our global network of integrated sellers and regulated payout partners. Built on a robust API-first architecture, ClicknShare ensures financial integrity, transparency, and the peace of mind that funds are used exactly as intended. Join us to be part of a team that empowers communities and enhances global connectivity.
We are looking for a Founding Product & Integration Lead—a rare "multi-minded" specialist who is part engineer, part UX designer, and part market strategist. You will get your hands dirty testing APIs, designing user flows for our launch, and pitching the platform to corporate partners.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the launch of the ClicknShare platform, from finalising the UX of the mobile/web app to overseeing the "checkout" experience. You’ll help them integrate with our APIs and troubleshoot technical hurdles.
- Quality & Resilience Testing: You will present the product to corporate clients and partners, explaining both the technical "how" and the commercial "why."
- User Advocacy: Use data and feedback to iterate on the product.
- Fintech Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for financial inclusion and the evolution of global payments.
- Technically Fluent: You can read and test APIs, understand system architecture, and speak the language of our engineering team.
- Design-Aware: You have a "UX heart." Previous experience in a high-growth Fintech startup (especially in payments or remittances).
- A background in Product Management, Technical Account Management, or Full-Stack Engineering with a pivot to Product.
- Familiarity with the UK regulatory landscape (FCA) and global payout ecosystems.
