Rafakat communicated with me in advance of the diagnosis and clearly demonstrated the fault.
Hi, he did not have proper tools for this job and possibly from his fault, he couldn't fit the belt on my car but needed to make an investigation. Thanks.
Reply from Rafakat: he tried to fit the belt but couldn’t. He told me he gave me 2 auxiliary pulleys and a tensioner which were taken off from the vehicle and I fitted them properly. Everything was then fitted, but when the vehicle started, the belt came off because the power steering pulley was bent. The customer said to take it off and leave it. I have the tool for Land Rover.
