We’re looking for a Head of Data Science who has experience managing teams developing end-to-end Machine Learning models at scale. You will join one of the UK’s largest media companies and lead a Data Science team working on modelling business problems including next-generation intelligent pricing, marketing, fraud, networking, and customer engagement tools, with a focus on building and deploying products at scale.

You should come from a strong statistical analysis/mathematical background with experience in applying solutions to real-world problems. You will be able to identify opportunities in data, manage multiple teams of Data Scientist/Engineers (Data and Machine Learning), and have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Cloud technologies, and CI/CD.

Skills and Experience
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Statistics and Machine Learning
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models for business solutions
  • Strong Python Engineering experience (software/data)
  • Managed teams of at least 7 Data Scientist/ML Engineers/Data Engineers
  • Worked in a build for production environment

There’s a generous base salary of up to £125k on offer alongside a comprehensive package which includes up to 15% bonus, up to 10% matched pension contribution, extensive healthcare and wellness programs, and flexible working. This position will have flexible/Hybrid working, but you will be required to attend one of our offices in London or Berkshire on occasions.
