Our ideal candidate brings both business acumen and technical depth , capable of guiding customers with specialized expertise to help them achieve their objectives and unlock the full value of ClickHouse. Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short term Cloud monthly contracts, while simultaneously developing a strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles. Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments . Manage customer details, including use cases, timelines, and forecasting, within Salesforce. Contribute to the ClickHouse ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and helping organize ClickHouse specific community events . Proven ability to manage cross functional resources — from dedicated teams to executive staff, to drive successful outcomes. ~ 7+ of experience in open source software business models preferred; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required. ~ Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally in a diverse, global team. ~ Bonus Points For Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization .
