Overview

In this role you will architect and lead the global employee experience, aligning programs, communications, onboarding, and events with Click House’s growth trajectory.

You will shape offices, onboarding and all-hands planning to nurture culture, connection, and belonging.

Partnering with leadership and People teams, you will implement scalable experiences and measure impact to continuously improve.

This position offers a chance to influence culture in a rapidly scaling, distributed organization and to build frameworks that scale globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide employee experience strategy aligned with culture and engagement goals
  • Establish standards, processes, and metrics for employee-facing programs to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Gather employee feedback and translate insights into program improvements in collaboration with leaders
  • Develop and oversee employee-facing programs, including survey initiatives and ongoing enablement
  • Define and report on the effectiveness of programs to inform priorities and decisions
  • Own end-to-end onboarding experience from offer to initial months, collaborating with Recruiting, IT, and business leaders
  • Create scalable onboarding that works across countries, time zones, and employee populations
  • Own office experience including programming, events, and community-building
  • Develop an office strategy to encourage collaboration while supporting varied ways of working
  • Lead company-wide communications and all-hands, translating priorities into clear messages
  • Plan and execute global offsites and major events to strengthen relationships and culture
