About the role
We're looking for a CRM Manager to join our Digital Services team on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract, covering a period of parental leave. Our Digital Services team is a specialist group supporting large UK charities with the delivery of CRM communications for major fundraising events. Working in an agency‐style environment, the team works with charities to deliver and optimise high‐impact multi-channel campaigns. You'll support the delivery of impactful email campaigns for some of the UK's largest charities, this is a hands‐on role with plenty of coaching, collaboration and exposure to large‐scale CRM programmes. This role is ideal if you're looking to deepen your CRM or email marketing experience in a supportive, agency‐style environment.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver email campaigns end‐to‐end, including build, QA and deployment using established templates and processes
- Briefing our agency on audience selections, sense‐check and apply accurately
- Working with your charities to scope out and plan campaigns
- Providing campaign reports to your charities to improve and optimise future CRM activity
What you'll bring
- Hands on experience in a CRM, email marketing or digital marketing role – we're thinking 2 years +
- Required experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A strong interest in email marketing, supporter journeys and CRM best practice
- Confidence working with data, basic reporting and tools such as Excel
- A well‐organised approach, strong attention to detail and clear written communication
