About the role
We're looking for an Account Manager to join the JustGiving team on a 12-month FTC who will work with a portfolio of leading UK charities. You'll partner closely with large charities to help them retain and grow donations on the JustGiving platform, using insight‐led account management and consultative selling to unlock new opportunities. This is a high‐autonomy role within a supportive, experienced team at an exciting stage of product and platform growth.
What you'll be doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of charity accounts, maximising retention and donation growth through account plans, pitches and new initiatives.
- Partner with charities through regular reviews, using data and insight to shape strategies that increase engagement and fundraising impact.
- Identify, qualify and close new opportunities, including wider platform adoption and digital services.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning JustGiving as a long‐term strategic partner.
- Collaborate across JustGiving to deliver value, promote new features and contribute to the wider fundraising conversation.
