We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support a Technology Resilience Architecture team, driving critical resilience, availability, and recovery initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading Resilience Deep Dive and Resilience Improvement processes within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)
  • Investigating and analysing resilience vulnerability data
  • Designing the migration from bespoke Technology Vulnerability Management to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • Supporting strategic resilience initiatives, including Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios
  • Redefining and embedding Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) across the organisation
  • Shaping SLI/SLO, Error Budgets, and Availability Management strategy
