We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support a Technology Resilience Architecture team, driving critical resilience, availability, and recovery initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading Resilience Deep Dive and Resilience Improvement processes within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)
- Investigating and analysing resilience vulnerability data
- Designing the migration from bespoke Technology Vulnerability Management to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Supporting strategic resilience initiatives, including Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios
- Redefining and embedding Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) across the organisation
- Shaping SLI/SLO, Error Budgets, and Availability Management strategy
To apply you should have the following skills & experience:
- Strong ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience (CIM and/or IRM)
- Background in technology resilience, risk, availability, or DR
- Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on design level
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
