We are recruiting for a SC Cleared IT Technician on contract for our Defence client based in their Bristol offices.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain onsite stock, including inventory control and regular audits.
- Perform hardware builds and configuration tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the OFS Team Manager on all operational matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and stock management processes is desirable.
Must have current active SC clearance that can be transferred over.
