Job DescriptionWills & Probate Solicitor – Fully Remote – Part-Time Candidate must be within one hour commuting distance to Telford office\\nAbout the Role: Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to revive and lead a currently dormant department. This is a unique opportunity to build a department from the ground up, using an existing bank of wills and latent client demand as a springboard.This is very much what you make of it with very limited to work from the outset, however for the right person it is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role over time. You\’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, working remotely, while maintaining the flexibility to meet with clients—many of whom are elderly—in the Telford area when needed.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nLead the revival and development of the Wills & Probate departmentHandle updates and inquiries related to an existing bank of willsBuild relationships with current clients and develop new business opportunitiesOffer in-person consultations where appropriate, primarily around TelfordEnsure compliance with all regulatory and security standards\\n\\nWhat We\’re Looking For…
