We are recruiting for an experienced x-ray screener who has team leader/supervisory experience within freight/cargo to join our client. You will be overseeing a small team when on shift working 4 on 4 off DAYS ONLY 06.00AM - 18.00PM.
Duties:
- X-ray screening of freight/exports, reviewing scans to ensure no irregular shipments or potential security threats
- Manual handling/loading and unloading
- Ensuring freight is compliant with customs for imports/exports within the warehouse
- Correctly labelling pallets/checking they are labelled correctly
- Reporting any discrepancies following x-ray, generating reports to senior management
- Forklift driving
- Working in a fast-paced environment
FULL 5 YEAR EMPLOYMENT CHECK WILL BE CARRIED OUT AND A BASIC CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK.
