The Role
As a Warehouse Operative / Inventory Coordinator, you will be a key player in managing inventory operations. Your role will involve overseeing the storage, organisation, and tracking of materials and components crucial to our manufacturing processes. You will maintain accurate inventory records, optimise stock levels, and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless production.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods In/Goods Out Management
- Conduct physical inspections of incoming goods.
- Process warehouse receipts in the ERP system and organise stock in designated locations (forklift operation skills desirable).
- Manage supplier returns and create delivery notes for customers and suppliers.
- Oversee stock checks and ensure ERP system accuracy with regular and rolling inventory audits.
- Take responsibility for year-end stocktaking activities.
- Regularly review stock for obsolescence.
