We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse General Manager to lead our critical air freight operation at our largest facility near Heathrow Airport in Hayes, Greater London.
About the Role: This is a key leadership role, where you will be responsible for managing a complex 24/7 air freight operation spanning 150,000 sq ft. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure security and compliance standards are maintained, and lead a diverse, unionised team (110 FTE) to success.
