You'll be based at their state-of-the-art National Learning Centre in Wymbush, working for DEKRA Automotive - a global leader in technical services, operating in 50+ countries. This is a unique opportunity to influence repairs across the national Retailer network, improve service quality, and shape future technical solutions across iconic brands like Audi, SEAT, Å koda, Volkswagen and VW Commercial Vehicles.

About the Role: We are recruiting a Repair Quality Specialist to provide high-level technical support for Volkswagen Group's Authorised Repairer Workshops. You'll work as part of their Technical Support Team, helping to triage and resolve complex repair cases, especially in high-volume situations.
