Job DescriptionI’m recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Validation Officer to join my clients Quality Assurance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining validation standards across the site and supporting continuous improvement in line with regulatory and customer requirements.What You’ll Be Doing:Keeping the site Validation Master Plan up-to-date and aligned with best practices.Ensuring validation procedures meet business needs and regulatory standards.Writing and reviewing validation protocols and reports.Carrying out equipment qualification and process validation.Working closely with other departments to deliver validation activities on time.Training production staff in validated processes.Supporting the Quality Manager and contributing to broader quality assurance efforts.Promoting the QMS through coaching on SOPs, documentation and proper working practices.Assisting in investigations by applying structured problem-solving techniques.Helping implement and maintain controlled documentation.Supporting customer and external audits and carrying out internal audits when required.Collating data for quality metrics and reporting.Helping to ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory and customer requirements across departments.Supporting cha…
