Are you a senior Transaction Services professional with deep Financial Due Diligence experience/Valuations Due Diligence, across mid-market M&A and Private Equity transactions? Our client – a high-growth, mid-market advisory firm – is seeking to appoint a revenue-generating Partner to join its Transaction Services practice, with a core focus on FDD and Valuation Due Diligence for deals ranging from £15m–£200m.

This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a strategically expanding firm with a strong brand in corporate finance, where you will have the freedom to shape and grow the TS offering while working directly with investors, management teams, and corporate acquirers.
