We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join and support our growing business. This is a regional role, based in our Cardiff office. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in helping deliver the regional training programme as well as our social value commitments.

A key aspect of the role is the facilitation of training events, courses and packages, sourcing relevant new content and providers. Additionally, you will represent our business at careers fairs, with clients, at monthly meetings and interviews and have previously been involved in training and assessing trainers and maintaining their development.

We are seeking previous hands-on experience in delivering Targeted Recruitment and Training (TRT) and Employment Skills.
